Whether you are first timers to the snow, or you just want to make things more streamlined and comfortable.

  • Door to door luxury mountain transfer with driver. Option for 12 hour on call driver with airport transfers for your entire Queenstown visit.
  • Hand picked, experienced ski and snowboard instructors/guides will meet you on arrival at the mountain, and look after you all day.

Ski Concierge Service

We are a little different to other providers, as we offer our guests concierge assistance, hand picked instructor referrals and ongoing advice. We can connect you with the perfect local businesses to streamline your holiday.  We are local instructors, and work in the snowsports school at Coronet Peak ourselves, so we know what works. 

Why Use Our Concierge Service?

  • Have confidence that you have booked the best product for your group.
  • We know what you and your family need to have a great ski holiday, we’ve been there and done it.
  • We know the experienced instructors, and what they are good at.
  • On-going advice and support -arrive at the mountain with everything sorted, no need for lining up and choosing options on the day.
  • Let us arrange your door to door transport, quality equipment and clothing hire.
  • Our booking service includes private lesson, lift pass, and equipment bookings;  private instructor referral, and advice.
  • Our premium concierge options include full support when you arrive at the mountain. Help with equipment and the family, gear lists, shopping advice etc.

  Who should book a private instructor? 

Couples  Ski and learn together, without a large group of strangers, Have lunch when you like (Romantic holiday photos are a must). 

  If you can ski on blue slopes, a trip down to Heidi’s Hut for a mulled wine should be on the list.

  Children  We are trained in children’s ski education. Safety, fun, then Learning, is the best way for your child.  Children and adults learn     differently and are best with separate instructors. If you need to be together, a full day lesson is essential, and multiple days will be helpful.

 Family Lessons  Families that wish to stay together, can book a premium family, full day private lesson. Extra instructors can be added. Very young children may be better with their own instructor. 

  Individuals  Private instruction will accelerate your learning. Concentrate on technical skills, or gain confidence in private.

   Groups  Share an instructor with your friends. Full day lessons up to 4 people of similar ability. Let us advise you on group dynamics to get the best out   of your day.

Groups must be either all ski or all snowboard,  If you have both in your group you will need to book an extra instructor. 

 Equipment and lift passes extra. All lesson bookings go directly through NZski. Lesson times, lengths, prices & T&Cs are all set by NZski.

 Superior equipment rental, and private luxury transport are available.

Some notes:

Working with us at Snowchaser, you can be confident you are getting an experienced instructor. We work within the Coronet Peak Snowsports school, and travel over to the Remarkables ski area by request.

Children and adults learn quite differently. Seperate instructors can be best, however if you would like to stay together, a full day premium family private lesson is required.

Prices are for private lessons at Coronet Peak Snowsports school Queenstown 2025 winter.    

We work with other 3rd party providers, and facilitate your reservation with them, as such each provider’s own Ts&Cs/cancellation/refund policies may apply. Booking fees, transaction charges and concierge fees are non refundable, once a booking is confirmed and a deposit is paid.
