Whether you are first timers to the snow, or you just want to make things more streamlined and comfortable. 

  • Superior rental equipment delivered and fitted to your accomodation.
  • Door to door luxury mountain transfer with driver. Option for 12 hour on call driver with airport transfers for your entire Queenstown visit.
  • Hand picked, experienced ski and snowboard instructors/guides will meet you on arrival at the mountain, and look after you all day. 
  • Lift passes arranged for you
  • Ski concierge, ongoing advice and support.

Best as a multi day experience, choose to ski for a few days, or a week. Rest days can be planned for.  (2 day minimum)

A fully supported experience with a family friendly instructor, who can manage the day, creating a memorable snow experience for each member of the family.

  • Flexible full day Premium Family Private lessons.
  • Your experienced family friendly instructor will meet you early, help with the children, equipment and guide you to the ski slopes. 
  • Rental equipment delivered to your accommodation. This works seamlessly with:
  • Optional door to door mountain transfers – child seats available. 
  • Lift passes included. 
  • Ongoing advice and support.
  • Plus booking fee

Option to add an extra full or half day instructor for large families or very young children. (Children 5 years and younger may need extra support.)

Ski Concierge Service

We are a little different to other providers, as we offer our guests concierge assistance, hand picked instructor referrals and ongoing advice. We can connect you with the perfect local businesses to streamline your holiday.  We are local instructors, and work in the snowsports school at Coronet Peak ourselves, so we know what works. 

Why Use Our Concierge Service?

  • Have confidence that you have booked the best product for your group.
  • We know what you and your family need to have a great ski holiday, we’ve been there and done it.
  • We know the experienced instructors, and what they are good at.
  • On-going advice and support -arrive at the mountain with everything sorted, no need for lining up and choosing options on the day.
  • Let us arrange your door to door transport, quality equipment and clothing hire.
  • Our booking service includes private lesson, lift pass, and equipment bookings;  private instructor referral, and advice.
  • Our premium concierge options include full support when you arrive at the mountain. Help with equipment and the family, gear lists, shopping advice etc.

Private Mountain Transport

Luxury Mercedes SUV or standard 4x4 van options
  • Small or large groups
  • Fixed time or on call-driver. Stops on way home possible.
  • Door to door pick up and return. Airport transfer options.

Some notes:

Working with us at SnowChaser, you can be confident you are getting an experienced instructor. We work within the Coronet Peak & The Remarkables Snowsports schools.

Children and adults learn quite differently. Seperate instructors can be best, however if you would like to stay together, a Full Day Premium Family Private Lesson is required.

Prices are for private lessons at Coronet Peak & Remarkables Snowsports school Queenstown 2025 winter.    

We work with other 3rd party providers, and facilitate your reservation with them, as such each provider’s own Ts&Cs & policies may apply. Booking fees, transaction charges and concierge fees are non refundable once a booking is confirmed and a deposit is paid.
